I hope everyone had a nice weekend!

Here's what we did today:
Math-We reviewed for the Chapter 14 test which is tomorrow.

Word Study-Groups 1/2 got their words today. 

Reading-We went over January's Tungsten and students met in their groups.

Writing-Students began drafting their essays on a famous person.  We are focusing on just the "fact" paragraphs, not the introduction and conclusion.

Social Studies-We continued watching the Pioneer Video and saw how the pioneers and native americans did not always get along. 

Homework:
Math-Study for Chapte 14 test.

Reading-Read 100 minutes.  Groups meet Thursday.

Writing-3 Writer's Notebook entries.

*Tomorrow is Group Picture Day.  If students are in after school activities, group yearbook shots will be taken tomorrow.  Students may bring clothing (Boy Scout shirts, etc.) for the pictures.

*Tomorrow is also the last dayf for the Time for Kids fundraiser.
