April 12th

Here's what we did today:
We spent lots and lots of time reviewing Math from all of 4th grade!  We also found some time to share some of our games.

The only homework tonight is to review any Math concepts that students are struggling with, continue preparing for Literature Circles on Thursday and write in the Writer's Notebook.

**There were lots of important papers that went home today.  Please make sure to check your child's bag.  Among the papers is a form to allow your child's name to be put on a list later this school year listing the students who will be going to each elementary school next year.  You will also find a flyer regarding Jingles for Jacob, a student suffering from a brain tumor.  This event will be on Friday.

**Lastly, we are having a pizza party at lunch on Thursday to celebrate a job well-done on the MAP.  This will take the place of the normal lunch.  I will provide dessert, but please send a dollar to school with your child to help fund the pizzas.  Thank you!
