August 28th homework

Reading-Book log is due Monday! Make sure you have read for at least 100 minutes, and written down the title and a brief summary on your log. Have a parent sign it as well.

Math-Correct any mistakes on your Chapter 1 test. I will award 1 point for each corrected answer. Also, complete the numbers we circled on WS 2.1.

August 27th Homework

Reading-Keep working on that book log!

Social Studies-Finish the latitude/longitude worksheet, but only the world side.

Remember, book orders are due tomorrow, either online, or via a check sent to school tomorrow.

August 26th Homework

Great work today for those who presented their Me Boxes! The rest will go tomorrow.

Reading-Make sure you are reading and recording what you read on your pink book log. Hand it in Monday.

Math-Chapter 1 Test is tomorrow. Use pages 14-15 in the book to study, the practice test we did today, and any worksheets you got back.

Me Box

Today, the students were assigned a project that is due next Wednesday, the 26th. They are to choose 5 objects that describe themselves and put them into a box or bag that they decorate. Along with that, they need to write a paragraph that explains why they chose each of the items to represent themselves. We will share these in class on Wednesday. I'm really looking forward to learning more about each of them!

August 19th Homework

Science-Decorate your Science notebook with any Science related images. Due tomorrow

Don't forget to read over the packet of classroom information with your parents and return the bottom part signed if you haven't already done so.

If you are going to participate in Strings, you need to bring your instrument tomorrow.
